Refund & Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis, starting from the date of purchase.

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the next billing date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings

Refunds:

• We do not normally offer refunds for partially used subscription periods.

• If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the billing date.

Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

All training sessions must be booked and paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations by Client:

• If you cancel more than 72 hours before the scheduled session, you will be charged in full unless otherwise agreed.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session will be charged in full.

Cancellations by Us:

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to trainer illness, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

• In such cases, you will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund.

Deposits or payments in full for training, courses, workshops, or events are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us.

Cancellations made anytime before the event may not be eligible for a refund.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

No refunds will be given once a product has been accessed.
