These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Tarncrag Gundog’s website and training services including; one to one training, group training and workshops, and online subscription platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Use of Services

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

  • You agree to use our website, training materials, and services for lawful purposes only.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if you breach these Terms or act in a way that endangers others.

2. In-Person Training

  • Dogs must be up-to-date with vaccinations and in good health.

  • Owners are responsible for their dog’s behaviour, safety, and control at all times.

  • Training results are not guaranteed; success depends on each dog’s temperament and the owner’s consistency.

  • You attend training sessions at your own risk.

3. Online Subscription Platform

  • Access to training videos and resources requires an active paid subscription.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • You may not share your account login or training materials with others.

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse content or breach these Terms.

4. Payments and Cancellations

  • All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.

  • Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled.

  • We reserve the right to update pricing or subscription terms, with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content (videos, guides, text, images, and materials) is owned by Tarncrag Gundogs and protected by copyright law.

  • You may view and use content for personal training purposes only.

  • You must not copy, share, distribute, or reproduce content without our written consent.

6. Liability

  • Gundog training involves inherent risks. By using our services, you accept responsibility for your dog’s actions.

  • We are not liable for injury, damage, or loss to you, your dog, or your property during training or when applying our methods.

7. User Conduct (Online Platform)

  • You agree not to post unlawful, offensive, or harmful content in any community spaces or comment areas.

  • We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules.

8. Third-Party Links

  • Our website may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

9. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these Terms.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
